E911 & Relay Services

Our E911 unit enables municipalities, police departments, fire departments, EMS agencies, emergency management groups, hospitals, public works facilities and more to have a mass text notification system for their agencies.  

Whether using our systems as your primary notification system or as a back up, CINS can customize a solution just for your agency. Send text messages to any SMS or text messaging capable device including wireless phones, alpha-numeric and two way pagers, or standard email.

Customization allows for notification only to specific units or groups for specific response types including your hazmat team, dive team, HBT response group, all call, administrative group and more.

In the unlikely event of a catastrophic failure at your dispatch center, your customized system is still useable by your chiefs and other administrative personnel that you empower as messages can be sent from any email, SMS, or SNPP capable device.  

Additionally, we offer a 24 hour hotline in the event that none of your personnel have the ability to send the message.

Our systems can also supplement your PIO by sending press releases and other information that you would like published to any and all news sources. This would relieve your dispatch and administrative staff as the details would be sent and all media inquiries would be directed to our systems.

Our Relay Services Unit (RSU) is designed to be used by companies that have a necessity to send alpha-numeric messages to any SMS or text messaging capable device including wireless phones, alpha-numeric & two-way pagers, and email.  This is a useful tool when sending messages to multiple people and/or devices at the same time. 

Groups can be set up, based on your business needs to send the message just to those who need to receive it such as an on call group, IT group, administrative group, security group and more.

Messages can be sent via email or from any email, SMS or SNPP capable device only by those you authorize.  In addition, we offer a 24 hour hotline in the event you are unable to send the message yourself.
